A. Submit a help request for a consultation. Computing Services can work with your department to get the equipment disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

A. The Personal Computing Support Center (617 353-7272) provides phone support to the entire BU community, including personal computers located off-campus. University Computers Technical Services provides hardware support and service, submit a request online or call them at 617 353-1800.
