The CAS FTP server is an SFTP Server. No anonymous FTP is available. Accounts are given on an individual basis by submitting a ticket here. A CSG representitive will contact you with connection information.
The FTP server is for data transfer only, and not storage, therefore it is not backed-up by CSG . As with all CAS Servers, the BU Ethics policies apply.
